There’s something about the positive energy in a group yoga class. I have been teaching for over 25 years. I’m continually amazed at how we feel transformed after sharing yoga. I would LOVE you to be a part of our garden yoga series.
- yoga is non-competitive… you never get “good” at it… yoga is an expression of your beautiful life in that moment
- poses can, and will, be modified for all our uniqueness… chairs are provided when it makes sense
- classes are steeped in yoga philosophy and practical life wisdom… we have great discussions!
Classes are held in my private backyard in Thorold, ON. Bring your mat, blocks, a few blankets and your beautiful smile.

Classes are held on a concrete patio in the shade.
Agenda for every class:
- specific theme or learning topic
- 50 minute asana (postures) practice to integrate the learning
- 10 minute deep relaxation practice

The 10 class pass is valid for either day and expires in 6 months.
