Join our active and engaging in person classes. There is a group of yogis with similar interests and abilities to you meeting weekly. You would be most welcome!

Mini Retreats:

Wednesdays 9:30 – 11:30 am

June 5, 12, 19 & 26, 2024. (4 weeks)

Theme: Calming Anxiety

These sessions are for those practitioners who are interested in broadening their experience of yoga beyond postures. Each mini-retreat has a specific theme and uses journalling, meditation, sound, study of philosophy and more to integrate the transformative powers of yoga ever more deeply. There is ample time for sharing and asking questions, including tea and goodies following the class.

$100 for the session or $30 to drop in

Happier Mondays

With the constant demands of modern life as well as the unrealistic pressure we put on ourselves, there’s nothing more we need than a chance to release habitual tension and chronic stress. These classes will employ multiple “hacks” for calming the nervous system to help you ease discomfort, sleep better and find a happier life.

Mondays 5:30 – 6:45 pm

April 22, 29, May 6, 13, 27, June 3, 10 & 17, 2024 (8 weeks – no class May 20)

Cost $120 for the series (or $20 to drop in)

Details:

  1. The classes are held at St John’s church in Thorold. The room is large with lots of natural light. There is free parking.
  2. It is suggested that you bring your mat, blocks, three blankets and a pillow or two.
  3. Classes have sold out in the past so it is recommended that you register early.
