  3. Finding Shoulder Joy: Cheryl’s own bout of tendonitis and bursitis helped inform the development of these full one hour length classes.
  4. Learn to Rest: These tools are your secret weapon to reduce signs of aging, soften anxiety, lift depression and sleep more soundly.
  5. Yoga Therapy for Hips/Knees: Cheryl’s mom had a hip replacement in 2020. This was her chance to truly experience the challenges of the surgery and managing the rehab herself due to covid. These videos outline her approach so you too can take an active part in bringing back your strength.
  6. Master the Sun Salutation: This classic combination of yoga postures, linked by breath, are a complete aerobic and strength workout. But it is essential that you prepare your body carefully. This is a progressive series that builds that strength patiently and efficiently.
